Audientes A/S (”Bolaget”) meddelade den 18 december 2025 att Helsingörs tingsrätt i Danmark fattat beslut om att försätta Bolaget i konkurs efter en ansökan från en borgenär. Med anledning av det har Spotlight Stock Market beslutat att avnotera Audientes A/S:s aktie efter marknadens stängning idag den 7 januari, 2026.
Audientes A/S:s aktie är handelsstoppad sedan den 11 december, 2025. Handeln kommer inte återupptas.
Audientes A/S is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Audientes A/S (the “Company”) announced on December 18, 2025, that the Court in Helsingor, Denmark, had issued a bankruptcy order against the Company following a petition filed by a creditor. In relation to this, Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist Audientes A/S’s share after market close today January 7, 2026.
The trading in Audientes A/S´s share has been halted since December 11, 2025. The trading will not be resumed.
