Extreme Makeover: Home Edition starts soft launch

Banijay Brands, the commercial arm for content powerhouse Banijay, and mobile game developer and publisher Qiiwi Games, today announce the soft launch of a new Match-3 game based on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. In partnership with Banijay Brands and the American television host Ty Pennington, the Swedish mobile game developer Qiiwi Games has developed a new game based on the global renovation hit Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Ty Pennington acts as the main character in the game and is side-by-side the player on the journey to help families in need. The soft launch is planned to initially take place in the Philippines, Australia, Sweden, and Cyprus.

The instantly recognizable sound of Ty’s “Good Morning!” became an unmistakable sign of hope for families during his time with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Now, Ty is back in the show again in Qiiwi Games’ biggest game development investment up to date!

The television series Extreme Makeover: Home Edition showcases great stories, inspired volunteers and jaw-dropping home renovations for families who give back to their communities. The whole-home overhauls include interior, exterior and landscaping—all completed within a week.
