Spotlight Stock Market har godkänt Servana AB för fortsatt notering på marknadsplatsen efter att ha varit placerat på observationslistan. Återförandet till ordinarie lista är planerad till idag, den 7 april 2026 och sker efter att bolaget, som tidigare hette Medimi, varit föremål för ett så kallat omvänt förvärv. Under det nya namnet Servana planerar bolaget att skapa en portfölj av AI-baserade tjänster för bland annat företags kundtjänster.
–Om ett eller två år kommer inte kunder att märka om de pratar med en robot eller med en riktig person, så snabbt utvecklas tekniken. Vi planerar att vara förvärvsaggressiva och hitta nya bolag som antingen har en stabil försäljning eller en produkt vars AI kan implementeras i våra nuvarande produkter, säger Servanas tillförordnade VD Robin Bäcklund.
Grundstenen för Servana är den AI-baserade kundtjänstplattformen Userdesk, som tidigare var ett helägt dotterbolag till PixelFox där Robin Bäcklund också är VD och storägare. Userdesk knoppades av i maj i fjol till det dåvarande Medimi och sedan dess har Servana även förvärvat AI-plattformen Spell.

Servana AB approved for listing on Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has approved Servana AB for continued listing on the marketplace after being placed on the observation list. The return to the ordinary list is planned for today, April 7, 2026, and takes place after the company, previously called Medimi, was the subject of a so-called reverse takeover. Under the new name Servana, the company plans to create a portfolio of AI-based services for, among other things, corporate customer services.
–In one or two years, customers will not notice whether they are talking to a robot or a real person, technology is developing so quickly. We plan to be acquisition-aggressive and find new companies that either have stable sales or a product whose AI can be implemented in our current products, Servana's acting CEO Robin Bäcklund says.
The cornerstone of Servana is the AI-based customer service platform Userdesk, which was previously a wholly owned subsidiary of PixelFox, where Robin Bäcklund is also CEO and a major shareholder. Userdesk was spun off in May last year to the then Medimi and since then Servana has also acquired the AI-based platform Spell.
