Spotlight Stock Market har i dag, den 15 september 2026, givit Avionero AB ett villkorat godkännande för notering på marknadsplatsen. Godkännandet är villkorat av att Bolaget genomför en kapitalisering tillräckligt för att finansiera verksamheten under minst tolv (12) månader efter notering, samt att bolaget uppnår den ägarspridning som krävs för notering på marknadsplatsen. Planerad första dag för handel är den 13 oktober 2026.
Avionero utvecklar och driver en AI-baserad söktjänst för resebokningar som samlar resultat om flygningar, hotell och upplevelser. Användare kan därmed söka med en större flexibilitet än på andra flygsöksajter och utgå från personliga önskemål som värme eller sevärdheter i stället för förutbestämda datum och resmål som i andra tjänster. Bolaget utför inga bokningar självt utan dessa sker på andra sajter som delar intäkterna med Avionero. Avionero finns idag i tolv länder och planerar att lansera en produkt för företagsmarknaden under 2027.

Avionero AB receives conditional approval for listing on Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has today, September 15th, 2026, given Avionero AB a conditional approval for listing on the marketplace. The approval is conditional upon the Company completing a capitalisation sufficient to finance its operations for at least twelve (12) months following the listing, and that the Company achieves the shareholder distribution required for admission to trading on the marketplace. The planned first day of trading is 13 October 2026.
Avionero develops and operates an AI based search service for travel bookings which gathers results about flights, hotels and experiences. Thus, users can search with a greater flexibility than on other flight search sites based on personal preferences such as temperature or sights instead of predetermined dates and destinations as on other sites. The company does not handle bookings itself; instead, these take place on other sites that share the revenue with Avionero. Avionero is now available in twelve countries and is planning to launch a service for the B2B market during 2027.
