Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att Tessin Nordic Holding AB:s (”Bolaget”) aktie (TESSIN) ska avnoteras från Spotlight Stock Market.
Avnoteringen grundar sig på att Bolaget inte uppfyller noteringskraven och inte har kunnat åtgärda de aktuella problemen och, enligt Marknadsplatsens bedömning, inte bedöms kunna uppfylla noteringskraven inom rimlig tid.
Spotlight Stock Market har därför beslutat i enlighet med Spotlights Regelverk 6.4.iv. att Bolaget ska avnoteras.
Tessin Nordic Holding AB:s aktie är handelsstoppad sedan den 9 oktober 2026 och handeln kommer inte att återupptas. Sista dag för handel är den 21 oktober 2026.
Tessin Nordic Holding AB will be delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist Tessin Nordic Holding AB’s (the “Company”) share (TESSIN).
The delisting is based on the Company not meeting the listing requirements and not being able to remedy the current problems and, in the opinion of the Marketplace, not being able to meet the listing requirements within a reasonable time.
Spotlight Stock Market has therefore, in accordance with Spotlight’s Rules 6.4.iv, decided that the Company shall be delisted.
The trading in Tessin Nordic Holding AB’s share has been halted since October 9, 2026, and the trading will not be resumed. Last day of trading is October 21, 2026.
