Spotlight Stock Market har efter ansökan från Krona Public Real Estate AB (”Bolaget”) beslutat att avnotera Bolagets aktie KRONA. Sista dag för handel i Bolagets aktier är den 6 november, 2026.
Bolaget offentliggjorde den 9 oktober 2026 pressmeddelandet “Krona Public Real Estate AB (publ): Krona BidCo AB påkallar tvångsinlösen och Krona Public Real Estate AB ansöker om avnotering”.
Eftersom Krona BidCo AB, org. nr 559565–8450 ("Budgivaren") kontrollerar mer än 90 procent av samtliga aktier och röster samt har meddelat avsikten att påkalla tvångsinlösen av resterande aktier i Bolaget har Spotlight Stock Market beviljat Bolagets ansökan om avnotering och därmed beslutat att avnotera Bolagets aktier från Spotlight Stock Market.
Krona Public Real Estate AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has, due to a request from Krona Public Real Estate AB (the “Company”) decided to delist the company’s share KRONA. Last day of trading in the company’s share KRONA will be November 6, 2026.
On October 9, 2026, the company disclosed the press release “Krona Public Real Estate AB (publ): Krona BidCo AB påkallar tvångsinlösen och Krona Public Real Estate AB ansöker om avnotering”.
Since Krona Bidco AB, org. nr 559565–8450 (the "Bidder") controls more than 90 percent of all outstanding shares and votes and intends to initiate compulsory acquisition procedure for the remaining shares, Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist the Company’s shares.
