Touchtech signs a framework agreement with Danish fast-growing fashion brand Zizzi to digitalize the in-store ordering and shopping experience.
Zizzi’s target KPI towards 2025 is increased revenue and turnover, with a minimum of 50 percent growth. The interplay between stores and digital platforms remains a significant part of the company’s strategy.
I am impressed by the massive digital transformation Zizzi has gone through, resulting in a very high growth with a turnover of 732 million DKK in 2021 and a modern omni-channel infrastructure. We are now able to leverage this digital infrastructure with the Touchtech platform on large format touch screens in stores, to capture lost sales opportunities and strengthen customer service, says Deniz Chaban, CEO at Touchtech.
The framework agreement enables Zizzi to active and utilize the Touchtech platform on any type of interactive display, for a fixed monthly subscription fee per store. Zizzi operates approximately 70 stores and the online e-commerce site zizzifashion.com
At Zizzi we seek to connect the stores to our brand and customers, in essence make everything we do available to all our customers, everywhere. We also fully believe in the strategy that strengthen the interplay between stores and digital platforms will lead us to a growth of 20 to 25 percent annually, says Kuno Kildetoft Mehlsen, CEO at Zizzi.
By connecting the stores Zizzi expect to see higher level of customer engagement and interaction across channels.
We also expect to capitalize on our assets in the retail business and enable our employees to offer a much more relevant experience for our customers when visiting our stores.
