Member of the PolarCool AB board Gustaf Frithz has taken over as the new Chairman of the board. Gustaf replaces Martin Waleij who has announced his intention to resign after the recent share issue. Martin will now be able to focus more on his work as CEO of BrainCool AB.
Gustaf has worked for a number of years with advanced IT systems within Medtech. He has vast international experience with more than 30 years working abroad in the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. Gustaf has experience in industry, finance and as an entrepreneur in retail and distribution, including the sports market. He also served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Swedish Naval Reserve. Gustaf has degrees from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Royal Naval Academy and is certified in Corporate Finance (FCA) in the UK and Prince 2 in project management.
