Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att handelstoppa Aquaticus Real Estate AB (publ):s (“Aquaticus” eller “Bolaget”) betalda tecknade aktier (BTA) efter handelns stängning den 23 juli 2021.
Första dag för handel i Aquaticus var den 9 juli 2021. Handeln i Aquaticus har initialt skett med BTA eftersom Bolagets nyemitterade stamaktier inte var registrerade hos Bolagsverket vid tidpunkten för notering. Konvertering från BTA till stamaktie sker mellan den 26 – 30 juli 2021. Vid tidpunkten för konvertering kommer BTA att ersättas av Bolagets stamaktie som då tas upp till handel på Spotlight Stock Market.
Med anledning av det ovanstående har Spotlight Stock Market beslutat att handelstoppa Aquaticus:s BTA efter handelns stängning den 23 juli 2021. Handeln i Aquaticus:s BTA kommer inte återupptas.

Trading halt in Aquaticus Real Estate AB (publ)’s BTA
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt the trading in the paid subscription share (BTA) of Aquaticus Real Estate AB (publ) (“Aquaticus” or “the Company”) after the market has closed on July 23, 2021.
The first day of trading in Aquaticus was July 9, 2021. The trading in Aquaticus was initially with BTA since the Company’s newly issued shares were not registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) at the time for the listing. Conversion from BTA to shares will take place during July 26 – 30, 2021. At the time of conversion, the BTA will be replaced by the Company’s share which is then admitted to trading on Spotlight Stock Market.
Due to the above, Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt the trading in the BTA of Aquaticus. The trading halt will be effective after the market has closed on July 23, 2021. The trading in Aquaticus BTA will not be resumed.
