Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) har beslutat att Parans Solar Lighting AB:s (”Parans” eller ”Bolaget”) aktie och teckningsoptioner (”de Finansiella Instrumenten”) ska avnoteras från Spotlight.
Den 4 mars 2021 placerades de Finansiella Instrumenten på observationslistan eftersom Spotlight bedömde att Bolaget och dess verksamhet genomgick en väsentlig förändring.
Den 26 mars 2021 beslutade Spotlight att Parans skulle genomgå en ny noteringsprövning som villkor för Bolagets fortsatta notering. Syftet med noteringsprövningen var att säkerställa att Parans uppfyllde samtliga noteringskrav. Det meddelades även att Spotlight skulle komma att besluta om avnotering för det fall Parans inte uppfyllde noteringskraven.
Spotlight har därav på sedvanligt sätt prövat huruvida Bolaget uppfyller Spotlights noteringskrav. Spotlight bedömer att Bolaget saknar kapacitet för informationsgivning. Det är därmed inte möjligt att låta Parans vara fortsatt noterat varmed de Finansiella Instrumenten kommer att avnoteras.
Sista dag för handel i de Finansiella Instrumenten kommer att vara den 18 juni 2021.

Parans Solar Lighting AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) has decided to delist Parans Solar Lighting AB’s (“Parans” or “the Company”) share and warrants (“the Financial Instruments”) from Spotlight.
On March 4, 2021 the Financial Instruments were placed on the observation list since Spotlight assessed that the Company, and its business, was undergoing a far-reaching change.
On March 26, 2021 Spotlight decided that Parans would be subject to a new listing process as a condition for remaining listed. The reason for the new listing process was to ensure that Parans fulfilled all listing requirements. It was also announced that Spotlight would decide on delisting should Parans not fulfil the listing requirements.
Spotlight has, as part of standard procedure, assessed if the Company meets Spotlight’s listing requirements. Spotlight assesses that the Company does not have the capacity to supply information. With reference to this, it is not possible for Parans to continue to be listed whereby the Financial Instruments therefore will be delisted.
Last day of trading in the Financial Instruments will be June 18, 2021.
