Spotlight Stock Market announced on September 15ᵗʰ, 2026 that Avionero AB had received a conditional approval for listing on the marketplace. The approval was conditional upon the Company completing a capitalization sufficient to finance its operations for at least twelve (12) months following the listing, as well as achieving the shareholder distribution required for listing on the marketplace. The planned first day of trading was October 13ᵗʰ, 2026.
On September 30ᵗʰ, 2026, Avionero AB announced that the Company had decided to discontinue the share issue and listing process, as the minimum subscription threshold in the Company’s share issue had not been reached.
Against this background, Avionero AB does not meet the conditions for approval on Spotlight Stock Market and will not be listed. Consequently, the planned first day of trading on October 13ᵗʰ, 2026 will not take place.
