På Touchtechs extra bolagsstämma den 26 november 2021 togs det beslut om att genomföra en riktad emission av teckningsoptioner till styrelseledamöter av högst 210 000 teckningsoptioner samt en riktad emission av teckningsoptioner till ledande befattningshavare och andra medarbetare av högst 225 000 teckningsoptioner.
Touchtech kan meddelade att tilldelning av teckningsoptionerna har skett per den 14 januari. Programmet för styrelseledamöterna har tecknats till 83% och för ledande befattningshavare och andra medarbetare uppgick täckningsgraden till 79%.
