Förtydligandet avser datum i pressmeddelandet publicerat den 16 februari 2021 klockan 16:43. I pressmeddelandet hänvisar Spotlight till av iApotek Int AB offentliggjort pressmeddelande den 10 februari 2021. Korrekt hänvisning är enligt nedan (markerad med fet text) till pressmeddelandet offentliggjort den 11 februari 2021.
Aktierna i iApotek Int AB (”iApotek” eller ”Bolaget”) är sedan den 12 februari 2021 observationsnoterade då Spotlight, med anledning av Bolagets offentliggjorda pressmeddelanden den 27 januari 2021, 3 februari 2021 och 11 februari 2021, bedömde att Bolaget genomgick en väsentlig förändring.
Mot bakgrund av ovanstående information, bedömer Spotlight att iApotek genomgår en genomgripande förändring varvid Spotlight har beslutat att Bolaget ska genomgå en ny noteringsprövning som villkor för fortsatt notering. Syftet med noteringsprövningen är att säkerställa att Bolaget uppfyller samtliga noteringskrav gällande bland annat aktiemarknadens krav på sundhet.
Under noteringsprövningen sker handeln i iApoteks aktier fortsatt på observationslistan enligt gällande Regelverk. I det fall Bolaget inte uppfyller noteringskraven och inte inom rimlig tid bedöms kunna uppfylla noteringskraven kommer Spotlight att besluta om avnotering.

Clarification: iApotek Int AB will be subject to a new listing process and will continue to be traded on Spotlight’s observation list
The clarification relates to the date in the press release published February 16, 2021 16:43 CET. In the press release Spotlight refers to a by iApotek Int AB published press release on February 10, 2021. The correct reference is as stated below (in bold) to the press release published February 11, 2021.
The shares in iApotek Int AB (”iApotek” or “the Company”) have been traded on Spotlight’s observation list since February 12, 2021 when Spotlight, with reference to the, by the Company, announced press releases on January 27 2021, February 3 2021 and February 11 2021, considered that the Company was undergoing a far-reaching change.
In reference to the disclosed information, Spotlight consider that iApotek is undergoing a far-reaching change. In accordance with the current rules, Spotlight has therefore decided that the Company will be subject to a new listing process. The reason for the new listing process is to ensure that the Company fulfils all the terms in the listing requirements, including the reputability requirement.
In connection to the listing process iApotek’s shares will continue to be traded on Spotlight’s observation list, in accordance with the Rulebook. If the Company is not able to fulfils the terms in the listing agreement and is not deemed to be able to fulfill the listing requirements within a reasonable time Spotlight will delist the Company.
