Den 26 september 2022 kl 08:20 meddelade Spotlight att Renewable Ventures Nordic AB ska genomgå en ny noteringsprövning.
Förtydligandet gäller att noteringsprövningen avser RVN2 AB, vilka avser förvärva Astor Technologies AB och vid en eventuell godkänd noteringsprövning notera det som ett fristående bolag på Spotlight Stock Market.
Observationsnotering görs mot bakgrund av den påverkan som transaktionen får på Renewable Venture Nordic AB under den tid som RVN2 är dotterbolag till Renewable Venture Nordic AB.

Clarification: Renewable Ventures Nordic AB´s subsidiary RVN2 AB will be subject to a listing process
On September 26 at 08:20, Spotlight published that Renewable Ventures Nordic AB will be subject to a new listing process.
The clarification is that the listing process applies to RVN2 AB, who intends to acquire Astor Technologies AB and after an eventual approved listing process be listed as a standalone company on Spotlight Stock Market.
The observation listing is done with background to the effect the transaction has on Renewable Venture Nordic AB during the time RVN2 is a subsidiary to Renewable Venture Nordic AB.
