PharmaLundensis AB will be delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has, due to a request from PharmaLundensis AB, decided to delist the Company’s share (PHAL). Last day of trading in the Company’s share will be 14 July 2026.
On June 30, 2026, the Company disclosed the press release” PharmaLundensis: Frivillig avnotering har godkänts, sista dag för handel blir 14 juli”, in which the Company informed that the voluntary delisting has been approved.
The Company resolved at its annual general meeting held on June 25, 2026, to apply for delisting of the Company’s shares from Spotlight Stock Market. Spotlight Stock Market has approved the application and decided to delist the Company’s shares from Spotlight Stock Market.
