Harm Reduction Group AB (”Bolaget”) har ingett en egen ansökan om konkurs hos Göteborgs tingsrätt vilket har godkänts. Bolaget har den 5 februari 2025 meddelat genom pressmeddelandet ”Harm Reduction Group meddelar Domstolens beslut om konkurs”. Med anledning av det har Spotlight Stock Market beslutat att avnotera Harm Reduction Group ABs aktier (NOHARM) efter marknadens stängning imorgon den 6 februari, 2025.
Harm Reduction Group ABs aktie är handelsstoppad sedan den Januari 28, 2025. Handeln kommer inte återupptas.

Harm Reduction Group AB has filed for bankruptcy at Göteborgs tingsrätt which has been approved, please see the press release dated February 5, 2025 ” Harm Reduction Group meddelar Domstolens beslut om konkurs”. Due to this, Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist Harm Reduction Group ABs share (NOHARM) tomorrow February 6, 2025, after the market close.
The trading in Harm Reduction Group ABs share has been halted since January 28, 2025. The trading will not be resumed.
