Pavilions at Sydney Olympic Park will encompass premium and beautifully designed 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, terrace homes and sky-homes. As Sydney Olympic Park continues to evolve into a vibrant precinct bridging Sydney’s two CBD’s, Pavilions represents the pinnacle of luxury living.
As part of an ongoing relationship with Mirvac Residential, Zutec has been engaged to provide a Quality Assurance solution to suit the needs of this complex project. Electronic forms will be deployed to enable trades to complete checklists in the field using Zutec’s Onsite Mobile Application. The checklists and relevant photos will sync to the Zutec Online platform where the Mirvac project team can view progress through an electronic Room Completion Wall Chart Report in real time.
In collaboration with subcontractors and consultants, Mirvac will capture and manage all defects and firewall penetrations throughout the construction phase also with Zutec’s Onsite Mobile Application.
Operation and Maintenance data will be captured within a defined folder structure and managed via Zutec’s online web based platform, for handover at the completion of the project.
