Project Outline
All maintainable plant and equipment assets will be tagged to the 3D model utilising the Zutec platform. This will provide the facilities management and operations team to gain quick access to asset information once in operation, enabling faster and more informed decisions on their assets. Over the next six years the Zutec platform will be securely accessed by a myriad of Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors working across the development to submit 3D models and building information, ensuring the Quintain team has consistency and transparency across all of their data and building information.

Quintain is leading the transformation of Wembley Park, delivering new homes, jobs restaurants shops, offices and hotels to create a new destination for London.
Wembley Park will see 5,000 Build to Rent homes delivered, the largest concentration of Build to Rent homes on a single site in the UK. These rental homes will be operated by Tipi, Quintain’s lifestyle-focussed residential rental operating platform, established in 2016.
