Den 15 februari 2022 offentliggjorde ESEN esports AB (“ESEN” eller “Bolaget”) pressmeddelandet “ESEN förvärvar Vaxxa AB, Sveriges första self-service plattform för kapitalvaror, och genomför större verksamhetsförändring”.
Med hänvisning till det pressmeddelandet bedömer Spotlight att ESEN kommer att genomgå en genomgripande förändring och Spotlight har därför beslutat att Bolaget ska genomgå en ny noteringsprövning. Syftet med noteringsprövningen är att säkerställa att Bolaget uppfyller samtliga noteringskrav.
Under noteringsprövningen sker handeln i Bolagets finansiella instrument på observationslistan från och med nu, med målet att så snart som möjligt, om noteringsprövningen godkänns, flyttas till den ordinarie listan. I det fall Bolaget inte kommer att kunna uppfylla noteringskraven kommer Spotlight att besluta om avnotering.

ESEN esports AB will be subject to a new listing process and will be moved to the observation list
On February 15, 2022 ESEN esports AB (“ESEN” or the “Company”) published the press release “ESEN förvärvar Vaxxa AB, Sveriges första self-service plattform för kapitalvaror, och genomför större verksamhetsförändring.”
With reference to that press release, Spotlight considers that ESEN will be subject to a far-reaching change and Spotlight has therefore decided that the Company shall be subject to a new listing process. The reason for the new listing process is to ensure that Jetty fulfills all the listing requirements.
During the listing process, the Company’s financial instruments will be traded on the observation list as from now. Spotlight will, given approval of the listing, work towards a fast transfer to the ordinary list. If the Company is not able to fulfil the listing requirements, Spotlight will delist the Company.
