Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att iApotek Int AB:s (”iApotek” eller ”Bolaget”) aktie (IAPO) ska avnoteras från Spotlight Stock Market.
Den 12 februari 2021 placerades iApoteks aktie på observationslistan eftersom Spotlight bedömde att Bolaget och dess verksamhet genomgick en väsentlig förändring.
Den 16 februari 2021 beslutade Spotlight att iApotek skulle genomgå en ny noteringsprövning som villkor för Bolagets fortsatta notering. Syftet med noteringsprövningen var att säkerställa att iApotek uppfyllde samtliga noteringskrav. Det meddelades även att Spotlight skulle komma att besluta om avnotering för det fall iApotek inte uppfyllde noteringskraven.
Spotlight har därav på sedvanligt sätt prövat huruvida Bolaget uppfyller Spotlights noteringskrav. Spotlight bedömer att Bolaget inte uppfyller värdepappersmarknadens krav på sundhet och att fortsatt notering riskerar att skada förtroendet för värdepappersmarknaden och Spotlight. Det är därmed inte möjligt att låta iApotek vara fortsatt noterat varmed Bolagets aktie kommer att avnoteras.
Sista dag för handel i iApoteks aktie kommer att vara den 26 maj 2021.

iApotek Int AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist iApotek Int AB’s (“iApotek” or the “Company”) share (IAPO) from Spotlight Stock Market.
On February 12, 2021 iApotek’s share was placed on the observation list since Spotlight assessed that the Company, and its business, was undergoing a far-reaching change.
On February 16, 2021 Spotlight decided that iApotek would be subject to a new listing process as a condition for remaining listed. The reason for the new listing process was to ensure that iApotek fulfilled all listing requirements. It was also announced that Spotlight would decide on delisting should iApotek not fulfil the listing requirements.
Spotlight has, as part of standard procedure, assessed if the Company meets Spotlight’s listing requirements. Spotlight assesses that the Company does not comply with the securities market’s reputability requirement and that a continued listing could harm the public confidence in the securities market and Spotlight. With reference to this, it is not possible for iApotek to continue to be listed whereby the Company’s shares therefore will be delisted.
Last day of trading in iApotek’s share will be May 26, 2021.
